1. Refunds: ICCS does not offer refunds for products once the purchase is made. All sales are final, and we do not accept returns for reasons such as change of mind or incorrect product selection. Please ensure that you carefully review your order before completing the purchase.

2. Warranty: We offer a 1-year warranty on all our products, starting from the date of purchase. Some items may come with an extended warranty period, which will be specified at the time of purchase. This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and conditions.

3. Faulty Items: In the rare event that you receive a faulty item, we offer a one-day trial period during which you may test the product and report any issues. If the item is found to be faulty within this trial period, we will provide a replacement at no additional cost. Regular warranty terms and conditions apply after the trial period ends.
